10PercentHotels.com is an online hotel booking platform offering travel agents the ability to book stays at thousands of commissionable hotels and resorts worldwide. We pay travel agents 10% commission based on the net rate of all completed hotel stays.
Yes; however, please note that reservations booked by phone, rather than online at 10PercentHotels.com, will qualify for 10% commission, less a $4.77 transaction fee. To book by phone, please contact our Reservations Network at 1-800-293-2602. To claim commission for your offline reservation, please forward a copy of your Reservation Confirmation Email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Simply visit our homepage and then click on the SIGN UP/SIGN IN link located in the top right corner. A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to enter an email address and password.
If our system matches the email address to an existing 10PercentHotels Account, the SIGN IN button will activate.
If our system does not match the email address to an existing 10PercentHotels Account, the REGISTER button will activate.

10% commissions are issued by mail in the form of a check and paid in US dollars. Commissions are issued at the end of the next month following the checkout date of all hotel stays. For example, if you book a reservation in January that contains a March checkout date and travel is fulfilled, your 10% commission will be included in your April commission check – which will be processed and mailed according to your Commission Payment Info on the last business day of April.
Each reservation is subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy - which can vary by hotel. 10percenthotels.com displays and enforces these policies on behalf of its providers. Cancellation requests can be submitted online at 10percenthotels.com or by contacting our Reservations Support channel (please visit Contact Us). Cancellation requests made directly with the hotel will not be honored. Requests for cancellation fee waivers are resolved on a case by case basis. We cannot guarantee waiver on any cancellation penalties for special requests.
