For all non-urgent Reservation Support Requests (including pre and post travel) please contact customercare@getaroom.com. For resolutions pre-travel, please allow 24 business hours. For reservations post-travel, please allow up to 7 business days.

Please include the following required information in your email request –

  • Customer Name
  • Booking #
  • Itinerary #
  • Description of Request

Examples of non-urgent issues are:

  • Early check out requests
  • Refund request on supplier-imposed cancellation penalties for qualifying reason
  • No reservation at hotel outside 72 hours of arrival
  • Resend reservation request to Hotel or Supplier
  • Request details on cancellation policy
  • Amenity discrepancy issues
  • Temporary charge issues
  • Billing inquiries
  • Rate discrepancy
  • Booking errors
  • Special Requests (all special requests are based on availability)

For all urgent Reservation Support Requests (including arrival and in-hotel challenges) please contact escalations@getaroom.com or 1-800-293-2602. Escalation inquiries should be centered on same day arrivals, relocation assistance and urgent post arrival support requests.

  • No reservation at hotel inside 48 hours of arrival
  • Irate customer requesting a refund on hotel penalties
  • Customer calling from hotel with a rate/billing issue

  • Reservation is denied by supplier or hotel
  • Customer is double billed by the hotel
  • Day of arrival cancellation requests
  • Post stay refund requests
